This includes enforcing MAP policies, monitoring and taking action against unauthorized sellers, optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, providing inventory management and fulfillment services, and offering ongoing support to help maximize your brand’s success on Amazon.

I provide three solutions to assist you in removing unauthorized vendors or those violating the MAP policy. Reporting Mechanisms: Encourage customers and authorized sellers to report any violations they come across. Establish a dedicated email address or an online form where individuals can submit evidence of non-compliance. Ensure confidentiality and provide a clear process for reporting and investigating such reports. Authorized Seller Agreement: Enforce strict contracts or agreements with authorized sellers, clearly stating their obligations regarding MAP compliance. Include clauses that allow for contract termination or legal action in case of non-compliance. Enforcement Actions: Implement a penalty system where sellers are required to pay fines for each violation of the MAP policy. Clearly outline the penalties in your contracts or agreements with authorized sellers, and specify the amount or calculation method for fines. Ensure sellers are aware of the consequences of non-compliance and the financial impact it may have on their partnership with your company.
